ARE YOU ALL RIGHT WITH YOURSELF?

ARE YOU ALL RIGHT WITH YOURSELF?

As I observe the world, I see that there are many moments where people don’t feel all right about their lives. This is normal, because there is a lot of stress, programming, and conditioning about achievement, about becoming. It is difficult to be all right with yourself as-you-are. You look outside and perceive examples and possibilities that you don’t seem to measure up to.

As children you began with the stress and conditions to achieve, to make a mark on the world, and you react to that. You rebel, or you strive for some goal, some believed-in possibility, but ultimately what you are left with is not all right. You don’t have enough of whatever it takes to be what you’re supposed to be. You feel limited, distracted, distorted. This is human nature.

There are such high ideals placed before you, such goals of achievement. Your parents are pushing you to become something. Friends are stirring up desires to become something. When you look at the world, you can see the consequences of that conditioning. There is never enough. You are not satisfied with what-is. You don’t have the right things, but you perceive that other people do. So your existence is filled with the struggle and stress of striving to get the things you want, even if you have to take them from others. You don’t have the talent or the energy for success, and so you have to manipulate and control your environment to get what you want, to get what you need. No wonder there is so much stress in the world. No wonder there is so much dissatisfaction. It’s just not all right. Life is just not all right. It’s not enough.

The conditional expectations create a lot of self-centeredness and selfishness. You are so self-concerned about what is happening to you, that you fail to see that what is happening to you is happening to the whole world. Everyone is the same. Everyone has the same human, conditional motivations and accomplishments. Naturally, there is the projection of a need to get something, to arrive somewhere, possibly to escape the consensus reality of conditional life. Humans have come up with many ways of escape, yet always there is something wrong with their life. Something is always missing. It is never enough. The brain looks to the outside and attempts to achieve some level of connection in order to gain a sense of satisfaction and all rightness, but doing this is manipulation and control.

With human life being such, does it have a purpose? Could Life waste so much of itself in this striving, or is there simply a misunderstanding? Have humans taken a detour, getting themselves caught in various structures and systems and beliefs and conditions? Are humans missing the point?

Maybe people are missing the point that Life is about being with what-is, and when you are totally being with what-is you also recognize the creative power you have. You have power, you have ability, you have inspiration. These too are human aspects. Oh, the intellect may decide that you’re not good enough, that you’re not capable, but that is simply a misunderstanding of Life, a misinterpretation. You are Life. You are existence. You are now, this moment, this being. And sitting with you in this moment are the expectations, the desires, the projections. You resist. You attach. You want. You don’t want. These are human sentiments that come from the intellect; they are conditional, consensus-reality mechanisms.

The trick is realizing that you are more, that you are sufficient within yourself, that you could not have existed or survived without these mechanisms. Realize that you survived in this world of chaos, of indifference, of conditions, of consensus reality, beliefs, the other. Acknowledge that you are quite good at being in Life. You are efficient. You lived. You have brought yourself to this moment, which is an accomplishment. So it’s getting to that place where you are all right with you the way you are. It’s sometimes hard when you look outside and see others who seem to be better, smarter, more aware, who seem to have more. However, you are also honest. You notice that there are those who have less, know less, can do less, are more limited than you. There is a whole gamut of experiences in Life.

Ideally humans could achieve a degree of awareness where each level of existence could be acknowledged and accepted as-is. You could then look at individuals whom you perceive as less fortunate, as fulfilling some gap in your life experience; they don’t have less because they’re inefficient, they simply have what-is. There is so much competition in this world. Competition leads to strife, distress, struggle, and separation. Nations compete against nations. World powers have to act powerfully in order to remain world powers, which means they have to control a lot, and control is energy inefficient. Control consumes tremendous amounts of energy. In the big control game the energy is most likely to run out at some point, and the super power will be no more. The giant is gone. You could become one of those individuals who run dry, who run out of source energy, inspiration.

It is time for humans to wake up. It is time for you to awaken to who you are and find a place of all rightness with that. The greatest gift in Life is to finally become all right with you, not someone else, but you. Oh yes, there are always those perceptions of not being enough, of lacking this, or having too much of that. Those are minor details. I know, the world makes them major details, but they are minor, because what do they have to do with Is-ness, with who you are?

You learn to live within your energy field. You learn to accept your talents. I see so many individuals who have a lot of talent, but they don’t believe that, because it doesn’t look like talent to them; it doesn’t look like someone else’s ability, so they deny their own resourcefulness. There is so much denial in the world. However, if you can bring yourself to accept who you are, unconditionally, you embrace a great gift. You then simply realize, “OK, this is me. I am this manifestation of Life, of The Consciousness. This is me. This is what’s happening. This is what I can do. Who cares about what I can’t do?” You focus on what you can do. I know that is a novel, unique approach, because you have been conditioned to focus on what you can’t do, even though you have to do it anyway. What a long hard life of stress and disappointments!

To live within one’s means is intelligence. You recognize what you have--your abilities, your capabilities--and you own those qualities. You realize that Life has given you just exactly what you need to be you, not to be someone else, not to achieve someone else’s goal, or dream, or expectation, but to be you, to be who you are. You finally move into this position where you are all right with what-is, where you realize that you have power, ability, and purpose, that you are inspired by Life to live your purpose, your beingness.
It is not predestined. You are a synergy of possibilities, and the more energy you have use of, the more these possibilities manifest. If your energy is being squandered on the other, i.e. on the outside, on resistance, on attachments or projections, you can do the math: you just don’t have enough energy left to be who you are; you have already spent it on who you are not. Such a waste. However, the beauty of energy is that once you wake up to what’s been happening, it comes back to you. You can’t squander it forever. The moment you stop squandering it, it accumulates. It starts up again.

So, you can in this moment become all right with you, and realize that what makes you unhappy, what causes dissatisfaction, are simply conditional expectations about Life. When you become all right with you, you become all right with your life, and you find that your life fills up with beautiful reflections. The gratification of knowing that you are you, that you are valuable, that you are everything you can be in this moment, is one of the greatest kept secrets in the universe: you always are all you can be in the moment. The bare bone fact of it is that you are all you can be in this moment. If you can accept that, and move on from there, you’ll find that all you can be is cumulative. You keep becoming more, because there is no stopping place. There is no limit to being. There is no limit to the manifestation of The Consciousness. There are no boundaries.

With awakening, wonderful things begin to happen with the brain. When one begins to move into the natural state of existence, there are changes that take place within the body and the brain. These changes are subtle, but the ramifications are monumental to society, to humanity, to the earth.

IF NOT NOW, WHEN?

Recently, someone asked, "Why is there so much violence?" Violence is the
norm in human existence. We don't see it that way most of the time. We
imagine ourselves to be civilized and intelligent: civilized people bombing
other people; intelligent people destroying and using up the earth in
various ways.

What will it take for humans to wake up? What is it going to take to get
humans to move from the base of the brain, that primitive animal-like
existence of survival and violence, into the fore brain, the seat of
intelligence and connection and awareness?

First, we have to recognize that in order for the human race to continue, it
had to survive at all costs. Reactive measures and combative behaviors are
all part of survival, and those primitive instincts are still in tact today.
Shoot first, ask questions later. Most religions and spiritual disciplines
of the world have done little to change that primitive level of human
existence. Psychologies address the situation, but they seem to focus on
controlling or sup-pressing that violent impulse, or to redirect it into
something a little more constructive perhaps (unless of course you need some
soldiers).

It's difficult for me to imagine how a person can be violent. I was born
without violence. I have always been a very peaceful, compassionate, and
loving individual. My brain works differently. It doesn't operate in
survival mode. I don't even think I have a survival mode. I've never felt
the need for survival.

I see that we need to get to the core, to the bottom, of the source of that
violence in the primitive brain. That primitive brain needs to be
transcended. We imagine that the human race couldn't survive without the
primitive brain, but I realize that with that primitive brain the human race
won't survive. I am saying that it's not working. Your psychology, systems,
structures, and religions are just sort of staying the course. I see that
there needs to be some kind of lobotomy. Call it a spiritual lobotomy, a
waking-up lobotomy. What is it going to take to make the shift? How is the
human brain going to function at a higher frequency, a higher level? What
will it take to delete those primitive neural pathways and implement neural
pathways that hold a higher possibility of connected existence?

Since the awakening my primitive brain has become dormant, and it has become
just a source of energy. It doesn't get to control me any longer. When you
resonate with the higher frequency energy field that I am, your body, your
cells recognize that. You shift from survival mode to creative mode.

You start by looking at the ways you live in the world. You begin to think
about what motivates you. You realize, for example, how the media use
motivation. I saw a short video clip about Betty Crocker's invention of
boxed cake mixes in the 1950's. They were supposed to be a time-saving
convenience for the housewife, but nobody would buy them, even though in the
pre-tests the women said that the cake mixes would be great. After
psychological analyzing, it was found that housewives felt guilty if they
used these instant cake mixes because they weren't doing their job. "You
have to slave away in the kitchen for your hubby. You have to work your
fingers to the bone to be appreciated, otherwise you feel guilty. This is
too easy." Betty Crocker changed the formula of the cake mix, requiring that
an egg was added. Now the mixes sold like hot cakes. Imagine that! Just
adding an egg. The wife no longer felt guilty, because now she had to mix
her own egg into it. That is the heart of consumerism! That is the heart of
the corporation. That is the heart of the government. That is the heart of
manipulation, programming, and mass hypnosis.

You see, the human race is constantly being manipulated and controlled by
its own primitive instincts. We cannot solve this problem at the level of
the problem. We need to rise above those primitive instincts. When we are no
longer controlled by them, we can no longer be controlled by systems,
beliefs, and concepts. We can no longer be hypnotized and programmed.

The first thing you can do is change the way you think. It's not that
difficult. You know what triggers your thoughts. You know what makes you
think a certain way. You know what moves you into fear. And at the same
time, you know what moves you into connectivity, what inspires and lifts
you. You've been so used to letting thoughts have their way with you that
you accept it as normal that the primitive part of the brain is projecting
violence, destruction, disharmony, retaliation, vengeance, and jealousy.
Being aware of what you think, you practice awareness and connection, and
you start literally feeling your thoughts. You start feeling that certain
thoughts give you a belly ache, for example. You realize your thoughts are
killing you, cell by cell. Isn't that enough motivation to change your
thinking?

It starts with the individual, within yourself. Your cells, your organs and
tissues start working in harmony, which is healing and transforming. The
thoughts that create your field around you become balanced and harmonious,
which nurtures and feeds the cells, and so on and so forth. It's no longer
about survival. It's about inspiring the highest elements of existence,
leaving behind the lowest, primitive, fearful elements. Think about how much
energy goes into combat, violence, and survival. How much energy would be
available for creativity if it wasn't being used for destruction?

On a personal level, you would be vibrant, full of energy and life. You
would feel inspired, glad to be alive. You start thinking differently about
everything around you, and you start feeling connected. What effect would
that have on your environment, on the world?

You can't be held responsible for being programmed, and you are not guilty.
But you need to wake up! You need to awaken to a higher potential of
existence, to hear the calling of the universe, the cosmos, to embrace The
New Consciousness. You need to leave behind the systems, structures,
beliefs, and concepts that have so enslaved humanity. You need to transcend
the primitive mode of existence. You cannot be destructive and cooperative
at the same time.

My awareness with awakening was that Life needs and demands an example of an
uncontrolled, unprogrammed existence that is free of belief, an existence
that is beyond consensus reality, an existence that embraces the perceived
impossibility of a higher Life, of a Life that is in total connection with
the universe. Do you see why I am here? I have come to show you the way, to
inspire you into liberation, not by control, not by creating a new religion,
not by another system, not by hypnotic processes and programs, but by being
the living example.

Allow for the possibility that you can change your thought patterns. That's
all you have to do. You, too, can live beyond the realm of survival,
violence, and fear by recreating your life. Just allow that it's possible.

CREATING THE NEW BEING

Life is calling for a new order, a new way of being, and it will take courage for the human to make this leap. How does it work? It means jumping into this mystery. The familiar is gone. Everything is new. It's kind of neat though. How much fun would it be to wake up in the morning and realize you are brand new! A magical thing has happened overnight; you are transformed into a new you. All the problems of yesterday are laid to rest. You have a whole new set of possibilities in this moment. You can put everything that you want into this moment. Yes, you really are new each morning. While you were sleeping things have been removed. You think you are dreaming, but actually, the brain is house cleaning. It's sweeping things out, moving them out of the way. So, if you're smart, when you wake up, you'll leave them out of the way. What kind of person would work hard cleaning the house, sucking everything up in the vacuum cleaner, only to dump it back on the floor?

Life is what it is, moment by moment. Life is the direct opportunity for a direct experience of a new possibility every moment. Maybe it takes courage to embrace that. There is so much guilt in the world. Guilt creates fear. Guilt opens the door to retaliation, which is pointless. So what if you get even with somebody? That means that someone else needs to get even with you. Stop it. Quit. Move away. Don't stay there. Move on.

I don't know why humans think that life is hard, that life is difficult. It is a trash program. Trash! Make each experience pay by transcending it, not holding on to it. The experience then falls into the synergy of your life, into the perfect place, and you move on. You realize a bigger picture. It's easier than you think. The only anchor you have is your own intellect holding on to something. Let go of it. It may keep creeping back in, and you keep letting go of it. When you really know that it's not important, that it's past stuff, it's easy to let it go, and then it stays let go of.

The universe creates those possibilities that are viable in the present, and there are lots of other possibilities waiting in the wings. There is no shortage of possibilities. You are a mini-universe. You are part of the bigger one. Because you are part of the universe, you are the universe being you, and you have access to all sorts of possibilities.

You can get so caught into the suffering, the indifference, the ignorance of the world, forgetting that all of it is constantly being recreated by your own life force. You can just as well create a new world. You can create a morphic field, memes, which hold a higher perspective, a more connected and transcendent awareness that allows for a greater experience. You don't expect anything to change immediately. Things that have been set into motion will have to play out, but resistance or attachment to the way things need to play out prolongs the playing out. If you just let go of them, if you can bring yourself to ignore them, they play out more quickly.

There is resistance to change: a new paradigm, a new way of looking at the world, a new species, the new human, The New Consciousness, these are all-important realizations, because they are ushering into this reality a new way of seeing and being. It is interesting to know that this way of seeing and being could not happen in the past: the brain was not ready; the human was not ready; Life itself was not ready. It's taken all of history, all of this becoming, all of this unfolding and evolving to bring the human to this place where there can be a quantum leap, a change, a transformation, a new way of seeing a new reality of Life. All that was past has served in various ways, often limited, but the past has made the foundation for this moment, for this now. Just leave it as it is.

Right now, the human being is stuck in this in-between place. There is the knowing that it doesn't have to be this way, but there is the belief that it does have to be this way. The belief and the knowing are in conflict. You can move toward the knowing as much as possible. You don't deny the way it is, but you don't pay tribute to the belief that it has to be this way. You look and say, "I can be different. I can find my uniqueness. I can embrace that universal desire that I am. I can become the universal human, the trans-human, the beyond human, the excited human, the other human, the all." You are closer to that than you think. It gets seemingly more difficult the closer you get to the breakthrough, because the intellect is going haywire. Programs are being deleted; neural pathways are dropping away. The brain is wondering, "What am I going to do? I'm losing me." No, you're not losing you. You're losing stuff. Rest assured that whatever is beneficial to your finding yourself will remain intact. Life doesn't delete anything that is useful.

We are in this intense process of creating a new being, a new you. You are free to create the you that you desire to be, always making sure that your desires are not false, that your desires are not programs. You have a vital connection to the universe-that-you-are, knowing that what the universe is desiring is what you desire. The universe desires experience. The universe desires to know itself. Isn't that what you desire? See, you are the universe. You desire to know the universe. You desire experience.

Because you are the creator of your body, you are the creator of your life. You are the universe creating you. You have the power and the authority to change your creation by changing your mind. You can acknowledge how it is, and in the same breath acknowledge that it doesn't have to be that way. That is not denial. There is an open opportunity. How it can be? The universe-that-you-are is totally creative and powerful. It's just that consensus reality has become something that restrains, holds back, and misdirects, but it is the illusion. Anything that you believe has power over you will have power over you. Anything that you accept as reality will be your reality.

It's time to create yourself in the image of the universe, the explorer, the experiencer, the lover, the manifester, and the creator. There is so much waiting to be accessed. And it's already yours. You already have it. It's there. It's genetic. Your light cells are waiting for that go-for-it energy, the inspiration.

The new human, The New Consciousness is all about this new paradigm, this totally new embracing of the universe on its terms. To embrace the Life-that-is, to connect, to experience, to expand in that awareness is such a trip, such a magnificent, absolutely outrageous opening! The whole of earth history has been in preparation for this step. Everything has served. All that's left is to take the step into the unknown, which is really not unknown. The cells know. Your genes know what to do. If you give them free reign, if you stop holding back, if you go for the mystery, if you take the next step, your body responds to the possibility. Transformation and transcendence go hand in hand as you take the next step. The intellect says, "I don't see a next step." It doesn't want to see a step. It's become too comfortable and complacent with the way things have been. It resists a new way of seeing and being.

Your life is a synergy of experiences, and the only judge there is is your own mind, your own perception of what's right and what's wrong, what should have been, what could have been, what didn't happen. That is the nature of your brain. The neural network really can make discernments about what's useful, what's life-enhancing, and what's a limitation. If it is not interfered with by various beliefs and concepts, the brain itself will delete neural pathways that are not beneficial, as long as you know that it can happen.

It is time to recreate yourself in the image of the universe, the image of new Life, new awareness, and new experiences. The new you can be taking birth in this moment.
